Jennifer leads global talent and recruiting for TrailRunner International, based in our New York office. Jennifer has a strong belief in the power of diversity, teamwork and collaboration across cultures.

Prior to joining TrailRunner, Jennifer spent more than 25 years in human resources, talent recruitment and communications with several organizations, including Goldman Sachs and Catalyst. She has a strong international background and has led teams in New York, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, and Bangalore.

Jennifer received her BA in communications and policy studies at Syracuse University.  She studied coaching at the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).  Jennifer has travelled to over 50 countries around the world and loves to cook, especially French cuisine. In addition, she is a passionate animal lover and advocate for animal rescue; she shares her home with her two Shih Tzu dogs and one cat.
