Kary Chen
Employee Experience Manager
Kary Chen serves as Office Manager at TrailRunner International’s Shanghai office.
She manages all aspects of office administration and operations, while serving as a link between our offices in China and the United States.
Prior to joining TrailRunner, Kary worked as a senior executive secretary for a domestic high-end food and beverage group, where she was responsible for employee management and administrative affairs.
Previously, Kary served as a frontline clerk and customer service representative at Parkway Health Medical & Dental Center, and she has also gained a diverse range of international experience from her time working at Star Cruises.
Kary graduated from the Open University of China with a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management. In her spare time, Kary loves traveling and cooking different cuisines to enjoy with friends and family.
