Mica Mohan

Mica Mohan is an Analyst based in TrailRunner International’s Dallas/Fort Worth office.

Prior to becoming an Analyst, Mica completed the firm’s internship program. Before that, she interned for NAMI North Texas, a nonprofit dedicated to providing mental health advocacy, education, and support across the region.

Mica graduated with a Bachelor of Science in public relations from the University of Florida.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and trying new recipes.


Suzanne Bader

Suzanne Bader is an Associate at TrailRunner International, based in the Middle East. An accomplished corporate communications and PR specialist, Suzanne brings over seven years of agency-side experience in Dubai, helping multinational corporations enhance brand visibility, build strong stakeholder relationships, and execute impactful communication initiatives.

Suzanne joins TrailRunner International from Weber Shandwick MENAT, where she was an Account Manager for the Financial and Professional Services team. In this role, she managed communications programs for leading global and regional clients in financial and investment services. Prior to that, she was with APCO Worldwide, overseeing strategic communications for clients in the healthcare, corporate, and non-profit sectors.

With experience in strategic communications, crisis management, and organizational leadership, Suzanne thrives in dynamic environments, bringing a multicultural perspective shaped by her experiences living in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and now the UAE. She holds a bachelor’s degree in media and communication arts from the American University of Beirut.


Shriya Vadugu

Shriya Vadugu is an Analyst for TrailRunner International based in the UAE.

Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Shriya worked as a Finance Practice Intern for Weber Shandwick in Dubai and before that, also in Dubai, as a Digital Marketing Intern for Citymax Hotel, which is part of Landmark Group, the UAE-based multinational retail and hospitality conglomerate.

Shriya holds a master’s degree in digital marketing from the University of West London and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, exploring restaurants, and watching documentaries.


Josephine Martin

Josephine Martin is a Managing Director at TrailRunner International, based in Washington, D.C. Josephine brings more than 25 years of corporate external and internal communications, crisis, and reputation management experience across a range of industries, with deep experience in the pharmaceutical and health care sectors.

Most recently, Josephine was Chief Communications Officer at Steward Health Care, where she led all internal and external communications including executive, crisis, financial, M&A, litigation, and reputation management across the corporation and for more than 30 hospitals nationwide as well as a large-scale physician network. Josephine also had oversight of marketing, paid media, and digital and social media.

Before Steward, Josephine led communications at several organizations including Purdue Pharma, the Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers Association, and the Federation of American Hospitals, and held leadership roles at firms such as APCO Worldwide, Ketchum, and Golin.

Josephine began her career on Capitol Hill and held a range of positions including serving as Communications Director for the Senate Finance Committee and for the late Senator John Chafee of Rhode Island. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science.

Josephine and her wife live just outside Washington, DC in Arlington, VA with their daughter who has recently graduated from college and their four cats and 120-pound golden retriever. They are active members of St. George’s Episcopal Church in Arlington and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Nantucket, MA. Josephine is on the board of Children’s Charities, an organization dedicated to helping low-income children in DC.

In her free time, Josephine likes to work out, ski, surf, cook, bake, entertain, watch football, and spend time in Nantucket in the water and on the beaches. She is a lifelong fan of the New England Patriots.


Ella Maher Roberts

Ella Maher Roberts is an Analyst for TrailRunner International, based in London.

Ella brings experience across marketing, events, and project management. Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Ella served as an Event Coordinator for the UK Government’s Competition and Markets Authority, where she helped coordinate a diverse portfolio of events. Before that, she served as a Pitch Project Manager for Dialect Inc., a creative marketing agency, where she participated in pitches for new business. Ella initially joined Dialect as a Marketing Assistant, interning throughout the summers while studying at the University of Manchester.

Ella graduated from the University of Manchester with a bachelor’s degree in politics and French, where she received the Wadsworth Prize for Best Overall Performance. Outside of her studies, she worked as a mentor for Debate Mate, teaching public speaking and debate skills to young students. She also spent a year teaching English in French primary schools.

Outside of work, you will find Ella running, reading (anything from Politico’s London Playbook to a lighthearted fantasy novel), and spending time with family and friends.


Loki Wu

Loki Wu

Loki Wu is an Analyst based in New York. Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Loki worked as an Assistant Account Executive for MSL Group, where he supported brands such as Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and SONIC. Before that, he interned at Hiltzik Strategies, gaining experience in entertainment crisis management.

Loki earned a Master of Arts in public relations and advertising from the University of Southern California. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in digital media from New York University. In his free time, Loki enjoys playing volleyball, exploring cuisine offerings in NYC, and spending time with his cat.


Yinka Bishi

Yinka Bishi

Yinka Bishi is an Analyst based in New York. Prior to TrailRunner International, Yinka worked as an intern and Assistant Account Executive at Burson.

Yinka graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and a minor in legal studies in business. In her free time, she enjoys getting into creative endeavors such as making art, creating content, and exploring new cities.


Siraj Anwar

Siraj Anwar

Siraj Anwar is an Analyst based in the UAE. Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Siraj interned at the law firms Kochhar & Co Inc. and Herbert Smith Freehills.

Siraj holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Science in Law, Business, and Management from The University of Law, Birmingham. In his free time, Siraj enjoys playing cricket, watching documentaries, and learning about horology.


Julia Downey

Julia is an Analyst based in TrailRunner International’s New York office.

Prior to becoming an Analyst, Julia interned for TrailRunner. Before that, she worked at A+E networks as a Project Management Coordinator supporting the company’s corporate outreach initiatives. Additionally, through Northeastern University’s Cooperative Education program, Julia completed two co-ops at Boston-based technology and healthcare public relations firm, PAN Communications.

Julia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business administration from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. In her free time, she enjoys trying out new restaurants and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Finnegan.


Maribeth Darling

Maribeth Darling is a Director at TrailRunner International based in New York, bringing over a decade of experience in public relations, marketing, and brand management with a focus on corporate and financial communications. She specializes in financial storytelling and media relations for clients across various sectors, including enterprise tech, e-commerce, fintech, cybersecurity, and others.

Prior to TrailRunner International, Maribeth was a Vice President at Hotwire Global, leading corporate communications and financial communications work for technology clients, from Fortune 1000 companies to challenger brands, dealing with significant business transformations and crises. Before Hotwire, Maribeth was a Director at ICR, where she led clients through special situations, including IPOs, M&As, and SPACs.

Maribeth began her career at boutique agencies, working with 501(c)(3) nonprofits in the New York City area. She was recognized in 2023 as a “Rising Star in PR” by Business Insider. With a strong passion for developing talent, Maribeth has mentored students in Minnesota’s Twin Cities Career Exploration program, helping shape the next generation of PR professionals.

A graduate of SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor of Arts in history, Maribeth is an avid world traveler and enjoys exploring new cultures. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding and discovering local breweries with her husband and Labradoodle, Lenox.
