Lindsay Gross is a Director at TrailRunner International based in New York, where she advises senior leaders and companies at their most critical inflection points – from high-stakes transactions to moments of transformation, reputation risk, and accelerated growth. She brings more than a decade of experience as a strategic communications advisor to some of the world’s most influential and high-growth organizations.

Lindsay works across disciplines to help leadership teams navigate complexity, shape their narratives, and drive outcomes. Her experience spans financial communications, crisis and issues management, corporate positioning, and brand building with a particular focus on the financial, technology and consumer sectors.

Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Lindsay held senior roles at leading advisory firms including Brunswick Group and Kekst CNC, where she partnered closely with executives on complex, high-impact situations. Earlier in her career, she held multiple roles at Weber Shandwick in corporate issues, financial communications, and media relations.

She has also completed in-house secondments during periods of significant change, including a high-profile spin-off and a pandemic-era organizational restructuring and global technology transformation.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in communication studies from Boston University and a Master of Science in corporate and organizational communications, magna cum laude, from New York University. She lives in the New York City suburbs with her husband and two young children.
