Jen Craker is the Human Resources Manager based in our Nashville, Tennessee office.
Before joining TrailRunner International, Jen worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in the Vanderbilt Institute for Global Health (VIGH) department, where she managed the office, onboarded new students and employees, and supported 10 faculty members whose specialties include Public Health, Global Infectious Disease, Epidemiology, and Pediatric Neurology. While working at Vanderbilt, she was nominated by her team and received the center’s prestigious CREDO award for her work within the department. Prior to Vanderbilt, she worked at HL Group Partners LLC (now KWT Global) for more than 10 years in the Los Angeles office as their Operations and Human Resources Manager. While living in Los Angeles, she was a regular volunteer at the LA Food Bank and Union Rescue Mission and delivered Meals on Wheels to homebound residents.
Jen resides in Nashville with her husband, who is a songwriter, and their rescue dog. Jen is an avid baker a la Ree Drummond, enjoys trying out new restaurants, checking out the art exhibits, and attending shows of up-and-coming country music singer/songwriters.
