Lexi Schuchert-Wells is a Director at TrailRunner International and head of the firm’s Nashville office. Part of TrailRunner International’s founding team, Lexi has worked in the firm’s Dallas/Fort Worth and Truckee offices before Nashville and has 10+ years of experience covering a broad range of industries and sectors including technology, sports, retail, manufacturing, and more.
As Director, Lexi works with a diverse group of clients on corporate communications and reputation, media relations, crisis management, market entry, and consumer public relations. She has led projects focusing on executive positioning and building corporate narratives for clients at all stages of growth and has supported companies through successful public listings and international growth strategies.
Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Lexi worked in New York as a Senior Analyst in media relations at PepsiCo, Inc. She began her career at PepsiCo on the executive communications team.
Lexi earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa, where she studied English, journalism, and mass communications. She has served as a Board Member of Dallas Cotillion Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for women in Dallas devoted to strengthening the community through active volunteerism.
Outside of work, Lexi prioritizes fitness, experimenting in the kitchen, getting outdoors, and spending time with her husband, dog, and two cats.
